The Nitobe Memorial Garden is a 2+1/2 acre traditional Japanese garden located at the University of British Columbia, just outside the city limits of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It is part of the UBC Botanical Garden and Centre for Plant Research.

Sakura - Cherry blossoms are a symbolic flower of the spring, a time of renewal, and the fleeting nature of life. Their life is very short. After their beauty peaks around two weeks, the blossoms start to fall. During this season in Japan, people like to have cherry blossom parties with colleagues, friends, and family

Daniela Modoran advised: Vancouver Cherry Blossoms Festival will run from April 1 to April 23, 2022. More info at https://vcbf.ca/ with maps and blooming dates under "Discover Blossoms" tab.
